• Deep Learning Algorithm Engineer – Single-Cell Foundation Model

Responsibilities:

1. Develop multi-scale spatial omics pre-trained models for single-cell analysis, tumor microenvironment analysis, and patient response prediction.
2. Validate and evaluate the performance of existing pre-trained models on downstream tasks and datasets.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Expertise in artificial intelligence techniques with professional experience in deep learning projects. Familiarity with spatial omics technologies is a plus.
3. Proficiency in Python with strong data processing and analysis skills.
4. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of independently developing and optimizing pipelines.
5. Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.

• Software Engineer/Bioinformatics Engineer – Single-Cell Database Development

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and optimize the company's existing single-cell database and data-cleaning pipeline.
2. Organize relevant datasets and biomarkers for single-cell transcriptomics and spatial multi-omics from the literature, and archive them into the database via the data cleaning pipeline.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
2. Expertise in Python, R, or other programming languages, with solid data processing experience and excellent engineering skills.
3. Willingness to learn single-cell data processing workflows and actively collaborate with bioinformatics engineers/biologists within the team. Prior experience with single-cell data is a plus.
4. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to independently develop and optimize pipelines.
